Alignment of front & rear brakes & lube cables
Check & lube gear cables
Check, clean & lube front and rear mech
Check & adjust bottom bracket
Check & clean chain & cassette
Check & adjust headset
Check & adjust rear wheel hub
Check & true front and rear wheel rims & spokes
Check front and rear tyres & tubes
Check pedals
Check frame & rear shock (if applicable)
Check stem & bars
Clean & grease seat post
Check saddle
Set tyre pressures
Full Bike Clean
Test ride
Level 02 Service
Everything that's included in a Level 01 Service plus:
Remove bottom bracket and clean & chase bottom bracket threads
Remove headset bearings
Replace gear cables
Replace brake cables
Brake bleeding front and rear
Wheel bearing replacement front and rear
There will be an extra labour charge if:

Wheel hubs are stripped or serviced

Jockey wheels are replaced

Gear cables are replaced

Chainrings are replaced

The bottom bracket is replaced

Brakes or brake cables are replaced

Brakes are bled
-
The headset is stripped or replaced

Bar tape Is replaced
-
Any spokes are replaced
-
Suspension needs to be removed & serviced
