Shipping Destinations

Bikes are currently shipped anywhere in England and Wales.

Clothing, Parts, Accessories are shipped anywhere within mainland UK.

Shipment Processing

Please note these are estimated times only and we cannot be held responsible for any loss as a result of delayed dispatch or delivery.

Bikes

In Stock

Bikes in Stock will generally be PDI’d and prepared for shipment within 48 hours of order.

Warehouse

Bikes on the website at the warehouse location can take between 5 to 10 working days to be delivered to our shop and then a further 48 hours to be PDI’d and prepared for delivery.

Orders

Delivery timings for bikes ordered from the supplier will be communicated at time  of order placement.

Shipment will be arranged with Cycle Courier Co and will generally be delivered within a max of 10 working days.

While many shops will offer quicker delivery, please bear in mind that we have partnered with Cycle Courier Co. and do not ship bikes in boxes. All bikes from Bikes n Gear are shipped Ready to Ride with no assembly required at the destination. 

While this takes a bit longer we believe a premium delivery service is an essential part of the online buying journey.  

The Cycle Courier Co. Delivery

We are delighted to have partnered with The Cycle Courier Co. to offer the premium delivery service which your bike deserves.

How it works:

1. At check out you provide your contact and delivery address details.
2. We arrange pick up with the courier service
3. You will receive a link asking for up to 5 suitable delivery dates based on your availability
4. The courier company inspect and collect the bike
5. The courier company will provide a 3 hour time slot the day before delivery with uber style tracking so you are kept up to date!
6. The bike is secure in transit and also insured up to the full value should anything happen.
7. Final inspection will be completed upon delivery.
8. You enjoying your new ride immediately.

No unboxing, no assembly, no hassle, just ride!

Clothing, Parts, Accessories

Orders will be processed within 48 hours and deliveries are typically made using Royal Mail 48.

While most items are delivered within the estimated timeframe, this is not a guarantee.

Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland post codes may be subject to an additional delivery fee. Any additional fees will be charged during check-out, or communicated to you during the ordering process. Delivery to these areas may also take slightly longer to arrive once dispatched by us.

CLICK & COLLECT

Click & Collect provides you with a free, convenient way to pick up your online order. Once you place an order online and select Click & Collect at checkout, your order will be processed and we will notify you when its ready to collect.
